Our Employees
Our employees are the most important part of our company. When becoming an employee at TAK Communications, Inc., you are part of a team that looks out for your best interests. We set our employees up for success and are happy to say we have countless veteran employees that are making their career with TAK Communications, Inc.
We are committed to 3 basic principles for our employees, which results in our success and theirs:
- Worthwhile Work – We provide rewarding and fair wages that make the job worthwhile. We do so by creating a job that makes the world a better place, allowing our employees to work towards a shared goal, and doing so while operating within our core values.
- In Control of Achieving the Goal – Together we clearly define what the goals are and make a fair playing field. We listen to our employees and give them the information they need so they are properly empowered.
- Cheering Each Other On – We congratulate and award our employees by focusing on all the good accomplishments they make, and NOT focusing on the problems or issues we encounter along the way.
